How to Upload Documents

  1. Click Knowledgebase in your dashboard sidebar.

  2. Click the Upload Documents button.

  3. Select one or more PDF files from your computer.

  4. Click Upload to add them to your knowledgebase.

File Requirements

  • Format: PDFs, DOCX, PPTX
  • Size limit: 10MB per file
  • Quality: Clear, readable text works best

How Lexa Uses Your Documents

When students ask Lexa for help, it references your knowledgebase to:

  • Provide explanations matching your teaching approach
  • Use terminology consistent with your documents
  • Give guidance aligned with your methods
  • Guide students without giving away complete answers

All documents in your knowledgebase are private and only used to help students in your classes. They are never shared with other teachers.
